Here is what we need to book your date:
Our Squeals on Wheels food trailer is a fun way to serve your group!
You can choose your menu, serve time, and guest count, just like a buffet-style event. We will customize everything to meet your event needs.
We generally serve two Slow Roasted Meats, a few Hot Sides, a few Cold Sides, and Beverages and Desserts as well.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. We are also accustomed to working around food allergies. Let us know your requirements.
Slow Roastin-Quick Service! We are fast – a meal in less than a minute, so no waiting for your guests.
Generator power for trailer systems is included. RV shore power is greatly appreciated, but not required. We are completely self-contained. No water hookup is required.
We will take care of any special licensing as required in your area.
