– Disposable foil pans, plates, forks, napkins,
serving tongs, serving spoons included
– Foods will be delivered hot/cold
– You will want to have ice, chafers, roasters, etc.,
for holding and serving.
– Please have a surface ready for all of the food pans to
be set – cover with towels for hot foods
– You are responsible for uncovering food pans,
how you want to serve, and all buffet cleanup

Sterno, ice for cold sides, and tablecover
– Our server covers your buffet tables, sets and
uncovers all foods for you
– Nothing to maintain or replenish: all foods are set
and ready to go at the designated serve time
– You are responsible for how you want to serve
and all buffet cleanup.
