Our Formal Presentation Options--

Over the past several years, we have noticed a trend among many customers who want a more elegant presentation and feel to their event, while still enjoying our great food.

Our Regular Presentation includes a standard chafing dish for hot foods, black serving bowls for cold items and condiments, and plastic serving trays for desserts. The buffet is covered with disposable table cover and skirting. Eating utensils, plates, cups, and napkins are also disposable. Everything included in this option is high quality and looks great.

This presentation is very, very nice, and has many advantages. It is included in our published prices, as it requires very little labor, and it is very simple. A huge majority of our customers choose this regular presentation.

That being said, you may want something more, and like always, we listen to our customers!

Rehearsal Dinner Special

Receive a $100.00 discount on your Rehearsal Dinner when you choose us to cater both your Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner.
  • 40 guest minimum
  • Excludes Saturday Rehearsal Dinners
  • We have lots of menu options to switch it up! South of the Border, Chicken n Ribs, Breakfast Anytime, Grilling on Site are a few!

We do not allow customers to provide china or silver - if you would like to provide your own, only packaged, disposable products are allowed.
Minnesota Department of Health regulations dictate that we cannot haul trash in our catering vehicles. All trash from the event is the responsibility of the customer or venue.

Extra Services

  • Guest Table Clearing $3.00 dollars a guest.
  • Cake cutting and plating, including disposable plates, forks, napkins….$1.25 per guest
  • Water Station including pitchers of water and disposable cups set on a separate table….$50.00 per event if water available on site….$100.00 per 100 cups if we bring containers of water to event
  • Setting Rolled Silver on Guest Tables….$1.00 per setting
